Wasteland Baby

The moment Charlie and Will met there was an instantaneous connection that neither of the young romantics had experienced before, but when a mysterious rift opens above Chicago and the city is illuminated by it’s pink light, their budding love seems to be the only constant in the erupting chaos brought on by the fractured sky. Given the nickname, The Skyline, the rift is treated with an apocalyptic reception with many believing a rapture of biblical proportions is coming for the human race.

Bitterly accepting their assumed fate, Charlie and Will make a promise to each other to keep level heads and live to the end with full hearts and clear eyes, fleeing the rapidly expanding blush of the sky above them.
