Northern Wilds

The year is 1890. In the wake of Montana’s incorporation to the growing United States, the boom towns which were settled in its northern reaches just decades before begin to develop and evolve. When a natural hotspring is discovered in the town of Silverline, the community finds itself in an extraordinary position. With their bounty of steam and the profits it brings them, the townspeople turn their ramshackle village into a hub of innovation. But when winter comes, the greed of certain townspeople not only damages the hotspring but disrupts the spirits of the mountains as well. With the help of a spirit called The Fox, sheriff Ira Morgan takes on the burden of resolving the conflict and leading his people through the winter, but when the same villains who awakened the spirits try to extort them, the bitter Montana cold is the least of his problems.
