Last Summer in Holy Oak

After the arrival of smooth-talking preacher Wallace Delisle, the New England town of Holy Oak becomes enrapt in his flamboyant showmanship and convinced by his unique interpretation of the bible. When 19 year old Jasper returns for his summer job as a camp counselor in Holy Oak, he finds things have completely changed since his last visit. Under the leadership of Wallace and his circle of the community’s elite, the town has reconstructed itself into a coastal utopia, but when yearly training for Jasper and his fellow counselors begins he realizes that things aren’t as perfect as they seem.
